\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Tres profesores del IES Huelin han realizado un aprendizaje por observaci\u00f3n, actividad Erasmus+ <strong>COFINANCIADA POR LA UNI\u00d3N EUROPEA<\/strong>, en Pont-Audemer, Normand\u00eda, Francia desde el 10 al 19 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los profesores fueron recibidos por sus colegas franceses con una calurosa acogida y llevaron a cabo un plan intenso, pero muy variado e interesante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general, han conocido las fortalezas del sistema educativo franc\u00e9s y, en particular, las iniciativas y estrategias m\u00e1s relevantes de dos centros de secundaria: <a>Coll\u00e9ge Louise Michel, nuestro principal centro anfitri\u00f3n, y coll\u00e9ge Pierre et Marie Curie, y dos liceos: Lyc\u00e9e Jacques Pr\u00e9vert, donde se organiz\u00f3 un \u201cErasmus Days\u201d con una feria gastron\u00f3mica con productos de los pa\u00edses visitados, y Lyc\u00e9e des M\u00e9tiers Risle-Seine.<\/a> <a>En estos dos liceos coincidimos con una delegaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola del IES Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Alharilla de Porcuna, Ja\u00e9n y una h\u00fangara del centro Pilotes Szte.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De todo lo observado podemos destacar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a>La clase flexible: con una ense\u00f1anza m\u00e1s individualizada, alumnos divididos en grupos de trabajo siguiendo su propio ritmo, con actividades m\u00e1s pr\u00e1cticas, diversas y adaptadas a su nivel curricular y con una decoraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s atractiva y confortable para el trabajo.<\/a><\/li><li>La figura del consejero principal de educaci\u00f3n (CPE) que se ocupa de los alumnos fuera de las clases y de los asistentes de educaci\u00f3n que atienden a los alumnos en las ausencias de los profesores y de apoyar en clase.<\/li><li>Los mentores de motivaci\u00f3n: que llevan a cabo <a>un programa proactivo para mejorar la perseverancia y la motivaci\u00f3n de los alumnos y prevenir el absentismo de los alumnos, siguiendo t\u00e9cnicas motivacionales basadas en el programa de Michel Janosz, doctor en ciencias humanas y aplicadas en la universidad de Montreal.<\/a><\/li><li>Instalaciones con m\u00e1s espacios y recursos y con iniciativas ecol\u00f3gicas que parten tanto de los profesores como de los alumnos, a trav\u00e9s de los delegados ecol\u00f3gicos de clase.<\/li><li>En formaci\u00f3n profesional: <a>comienzo temprano, 12 a\u00f1os, y m\u00e1s variada de los itinerarios profesionales, mayor n\u00famero de pr\u00e1cticas y ayudas a las empresas colaboradoras y a los alumnos.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los profesores espa\u00f1oles tambi\u00e9n contribuyeron con las siguientes actuaciones: Charo Godoy con la presentaci\u00f3n comparativa del sistema educativo espa\u00f1ol y una receta de paella, Lourdes Belmonte con una clase magistral de espa\u00f1ol a los alumnos y Emilio Guzm\u00e1n, coordinador del proyecto Erasmus+, con <a>una gu\u00eda informativa sobre el proceso de solicitud de la acreditaci\u00f3n Erasmus+, ya que nuestro centro anfitri\u00f3n, Louise Mitchel, solicitar\u00e1 la acreditaci\u00f3n Erasmus en la pr\u00f3xima convocatoria<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, destacar <a>la relaci\u00f3n humana y entra\u00f1able con los profesores franceses en reuniones, comidas y visitas culturales<\/a>, <a>como al museo Memorial de Caen, a Honfleur, pueblo encantador y art\u00edstico, Pont-Audemer y Le Havre.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IES HUELIN ERASMUS+ TEAM OBSERVE TEACHING METHODS IN FRANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three teachers from the IES Huelin have carried out a \u2018learning by observation\u2019, an Erasmus+ activity&nbsp;<strong>CO-FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION<\/strong>, in Pont-Audemer, Normandy, France from October 10 to 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warmly welcomed by their French colleagues, the IES Huelin teachers completed an intense, varied and interesting schedule of activities during their 10 days of observing the French education system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teachers learned about the strengths of the French system in general and about the most relevant initiatives and strategies of four schools in particular: two secondary schools, Coll\u00e9ge Louise Michel (who hosted IES Huelin), Coll\u00e9ge Pierre et Marie Curie and two high schools, Lyc\u00e9e Jacques Pr\u00e9vert and Lyc\u00e9e des m\u00e9tiers Risle-Seine. At Lyc\u00e9e Jacques Pr\u00e9vert, an \u2018Erasmus Days\u2019 event had been organised showcasing a gastronomic fair with products from all the countries visited in the scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit of IES Huelin teachers to the high schools also coincided with a Spanish delegation from IES Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de Alharilla de Porcuna, Ja\u00e9n and a Hungarian delegation from the Pilotes Szte school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emilio Guzman (co-ordinator IES Huelin) said: \u2018from what we observed, we can highlight a number of aspects such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The flexible class &#8211; with more individualised teaching, student work groups who follow their own learning pace, the use of practical and diverse activities tailored to students curricular level within an attractive an comfortable environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The presence of the main Education Counsellor (CPE) &#8211; who deals with students outside class and the Education Assistants who work with students in the absence of teachers and help the teachers in class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; The Motivational Mentors &#8211; who use techniques based on the programme of Michel Janosz, (doctor of human and applied sciences at the University of Montreal) aiming to improve the students motivation and perseverance and help prevent school dropouts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Facilities &#8211; with more spaces and resources and Ecological Initiatives starting with the teachers and students and activated through Ecology Form Captains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; In professional training &#8211; an early start from age 12, more varied professional paths, a greater number of internships and aid to collaborating companies and students\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Spanish teachers contributed by giving a comparative presentation of the Spanish Educational System and a paella recipe (Charo Godoy) and a Spanish Master Class for the students (Lourdes Belmonte). Emilio Guzm\u00e1n gave an informative guide about the application process for Erasmus+ accreditation, since the host center Louise Mitchel, is applying for Erasmus accreditation in the next call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a final note, the Spanish teachers highlighted the warm and endearing relationship with their French colleagues in meetings, meals and the cultural visits they enjoyed to the Memorial Museum in Caen, the charming artistic town of Honfleur, Pont-Audemer and Le Havre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2
